The name New Beginning Deliverance Outreach Ministry comes from the rebirth of a new ministry that began in South Florida and relocated to the metro Atlanta area. The vision to have a church today was placed in Pastor M. Chance’s spirit in 1998. Pastor M. Chance began to spread the gospel and follow the will of the Lord.
We believe that members are like family in our church because we believe in sharing the fullness of faith and life together.
“So, then you are no longer strangers and aliens, but you are fellow citizens with the saints and members of the household of God” (Ephesians 2:19).

I would like to welcome you with great joy to New Beginning Deliverance Outreach Ministry based in Lithonia, Ga. It is my job to bring souls to Christ and help men and women to have a better life spiritually and mentally with the message of faith, hope, and love.
I believe that God is still in the miracle working business and is able to demonstrate his supernatural powers through me. I am called according to his purpose and will continue to do the will of the Lord.
